For purposes of the Auction Procedures, distinctions are made between the following subjects, depending on the phase of the Qualification Procedure in which the interested party is found:

• Subject Interested in the Auction.
• Pre-qualified Participant: Interested Subject who has completed the Pre-qualification guide.
• Authorized Participant: Pre-qualified Participant who complies with all the requirements for qualification established and specifically adheres to the Rules of the Auction.
• Awardee: Authorized Participant who is participating in the Auction and who obtains this auctioned product.

For this purpose, the subject must pass through the following two phases:


Stage 1: PRE-QUALIFICATION
Subjects interested in the Auction who aspire to pre-qualification for Auction Procedures must complete electronically the Prequalification Guide.

The Calendar indicates the deadline to complete the Pre-qualification Guide.

Once pre-qualified, the Participant may access the private information for auction qualification and proceed to the qualification process.

Documentation related to the Pre-qualification process is Publisher by Secretaria de Estado de Energía through a Resolution.

Stage 2: QUALIFICATION
Once pre-qualified, the Participant who aspires to participate in the Auction Procedures must complete the Qualification Guide.

The Calendar indicates the deadline to complete the Qualification Guide. In any event, subjects interested in participating in the auction are advised to undergo the qualification process as soon as possible.
